Brasserie
Our historic Art Deco brasserie has remained virtually untouched since it was first designed. The authentic woodwork, atmospheric lighting and classic bar still carry the soul of 1921.
Rotonde
Natural light streams beautifully through the historic stained-glass windows, giving the room a different atmosphere depending on the time of day. Rounder, calmer and slightly more formal than the Brasserie. The ideal room for a dinner that can linger or for a group looking for a little more tranquillity. The Rotonde is also home to our much-requested “Jacques Brel” table, where the world-famous Brussels icon himself enjoyed one of our Belgian classics on several occasions.
